We picked these at Complete deelite-the same shop that did the lovely cupcake tower for us!
They have lots of party things, I can't wait to go back next year!!
One cool thing about these balloons is that they are re-usable~just need to carefully pack them away till the next time when we need them! I'll definitely keep all of them, they are just so much fun!
ps. mom said that I picked Hello Kitty over Dora the explorer when she presented me the both!
